We are often asked, “When can we use telephone support?”

There are no hard fast rules on this you can call us anytime you like, unlike other hosts we love to talk to our clients, and it is nice to put a voice to a name. If it is out of office hours you will get our voicemail so leave your number and we will call you back. What you should ask yourself is what is the best method of support for my needs?

If it is work you want performing on your site then a support ticket would be the best way to go, but if for example, you are considering opening a new site or doing a major change to your current site you may have lots of questions in which case give us a call and we will answer as many of your questions as we can.


If your site goes down for any reason and we do not give our usual lightning-fast response by support ticket, by all means, call us. We do have times where all our support staff are all working on sites and may not answer tickets immediately, we also don’t all work 24/7 we are good but we do need sleep. Again if it is an emergency call our emergency number if your site goes down out of our office hours.

The emergency number is available 24/7 and you can be assured that our server technicians ARE working 24/7 to maintain and keep an eye on the servers.
