On the client and non-client support pages of our main site in the bottom right corner of the page, you will see a live chat option.
This chat is primarily for pre-sales enquiries, however, if you need to contact us quickly and we online feel free to use this.
We may also ask you to use live chat if we are working on multiple changes to your site so that we can communicate with you quickly.
If our live chat is not available there will be a message that says “Leave a message” DO NOT use that for support. It will go to the sales department, not the support department and so it will more than likely result in a delay in your request. Instead please open a support ticket
