Email Changes UK Server


As you know we have recently moved servers for UK clients. This will mean you have to change a few settings in your email programmes on your computer, tablets or phone.

Please go to the settings in your email programme for each email account you have and edit settings as follows:

Incoming/Outgoing mail server :   NO WWW, NO https  JUST THE DOMAIN  EG: or
Username : your FULL email address
Password : your password

Incoming Port : 143 (IMAP over STARTTLS. Authentication via Password)
Outgoing Port : 465 (SMTP over SSL/TLS. Authentication via Password)

If you have tried with the wrong details too many times you may be blocked from the server by our firewall. If that is the case submit a support ticket and we will check for your ip address and remove you.

Before contacting us make sure the settings in ALL your devices reflect those above.
