There are no hard fast rules on this you can call us anytime you like, unlike other hosts we love to talk to our clients, and it is nice to put a voice to a name. If it is out of office hours you will get our voicemail so leave your number, and we will call you back. What you should ask yourself is what is the best method of support for my needs?
If it is work you want performing on your site, then a support ticket would be the best way to go. If, for example, you are considering opening a new site or doing a major change to your current site, you may have lots of questions. In which case, give us a call, and we will answer as many of your questions as we can.

If your site goes down during UK business hours for any reason, and we do not give our usual lightning-fast response by support ticket, by all means, call us. If you have an issue out of hours support ticket is the best way to go our support tickets are monitored 24/7 and one of our team can get to the bottom of any issues.
Of course, our server technicians ARE working 24/7 to maintain and keep an eye on the servers and will quite often pick up any serious issues before you do and fix them proactively.
