The first thing we have to say here is there are literally hundreds of different email programmes (sometimes called email clients) out there, we can not possibly know how to set them all up. The first thing you should do is check the help documentation for the programme you use to help you with this.
Whatever programme you use we recommend you always do a manual setup, auto setups can insert the wrong information which will make email checks fail and could result in our server firewall blocking you for too many failed login attempts.
All email clients tend to ask for the same settings. Below are settings for our servers, if you are unsure which server you are on put in a support ticket and ask us. Then come back here when let you know.
