Many of the themes, frameworks, and plugins we use to build websites for clients are premium products. We prefer premium products as they have better support and are updated more regularly, which keeps your site secure and working well.
The most regular themes and plugins we use (list below) are provided to you free of charge using our developers' licence for as long as you host your site with us. Should you move your site to another web host then all these plugins and themes will continue to work, however, you will no longer receive automatic updates for them.
If you leave us you will need to either replace them with free alternative plugins or to continue getting updates for them to buy licences from the respective authors. Alternatively, you can sign up for our WordPress updates maintenance service to continue receiving updates automatically from us when you move your site, this is £9.99 a month for sites not hosted with us.
Please be aware you do NOT own these plugins or themes, they were provided to you free of charge using our licences to save you money when your site was built. They are provided on an ongoing basis as a benefit of hosting your site with us. We do not provide use of our developers' licences for websites not hosted on our servers.

This is not a complete list. If you want to know which of your plugins and themes are premium themes, then please put in a support ticket and ask us. Obviously, if we asked you to purchase a plugin as we built your site, then that does belong to you, and you will continue to renew it yearly direct with the plugin author.
