website editing service

Unlike many other web hosts, 3001Web hosting and design offers a site editing service.

Perhaps you want one or more pages added to your site or existing pages editing but do not want to make the edits yourself.

Maybe you want your site header editing, a new feature adding to your site, your plugins updating for you or some other more complex change-making. We can help with all the above.

The only thing we can not do on a regular basis is to add products to shopping websites, this is data entry not site editing, and we do not offer data entry as a service. Plus, you really need to be in control of any inventory yourself if you have a store.

Here is the best thing about our editing service, we bill BY THE MINUTE, not by the hour for our hosting clients.

Unlike other companies, we do not charge a full one-hour minimum fee for a job that only takes 10 minutes. We bill by the minute at 60p per minute. (That works out at £36 an hour, much cheaper than the average UK webmaster fees of £75 to £100 an hour)

So if a job takes us 10 minutes, you pay just £6 for those 10 minutes.

Why do we do this? To make it affordable for you to have us do those small jobs you just don’t have time for.

For clients who do not host their sites with us, we charge £50 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.

How It Works

You submit a ticket to us from the 3001 web clients area to tell us what you want to do.

We do the work for you (we work quickly and accurately)

We send you an invoice when the work is complete, you then log back into the client area and pay your invoice.

Note: While we may provide this service for sites not hosted with us, please be aware that our own hosting clients will always be dealt with first.

If you are not yet one of our clients but would like editing work done, please register for an account here, then submit a support ticket.
